There are various IRC channels in which you can meet Seaside people.

#seaside on irc.freenode.net

This channel is still quite new and not yet very active. It might still be worth visiting though.

#squeak and pharo-project on irc.freenode.net

Despite its name you’re most likely to get help in this channel. You can ask general Seaside questions even if you don’t use Squeak. It is quite active and you’re likely to get help no matter the hour of day.

#seaside on irc.parcplace.net

This is the IRC sever provided by Cincom. This should be your channel of choice for Cincom related questions.
